Vegetarian food can not only be wholesome, but filling and satisfying.
This blog is about using good ingredients, making a conscious decision when you are buying your staples, whether that be trying coffee with almond milk for the first time or just as simple as switching to organic milk. Making the time to visit a local farmers market and get excited about produce and thinking about what amazing meals you could base around them. Get inspired at your nearest health food store and trying new things. Make a challenge out of making a meal from what you have left in your fridge at the end of the week.
